From the first spark of an idea to the final piece, our clothing, jewellery and accessories are created together with partners around the world. We believe that how our products are made matters just as much as the final design.
At My Jewellery, we believe strong partnerships are built on shared values. We work closely with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to responsible production.
By building long-term relationships with our partners, we aim to ensure ethical working conditions, quality craftsmanship and a growing focus on sustainability throughout the entire production process.
Below, you can learn more about how we work with our suppliers and the steps we take to support responsible sourcing.
How we work with our suppliers
Before we start working with a new supplier, each partner goes through an onboarding process to ensure alignment on values, quality and responsibility.
As part of this process, suppliers commit to our key guidelines, including our Supplier Manual, Code of Conduct and Restricted Substances List. These documents outline our standards for working conditions, safe production and environmental responsibility.
To help ensure these standards are met, suppliers provide independent social and environmental audits. These audits assess areas such as working conditions, workers’ rights, health and safety, fair pay and environmental protection.
Once all documentation has been reviewed, we conduct a risk analysis based on audit outcomes and country-specific factors. This forms part of our ongoing supply chain due diligence.
Sustainability is an ongoing journey. We regularly review our supplier network, update audits and continue working closely with our partners to strengthen responsible, long-term collaborations.
Traceability
We are continuously working to increase transparency and traceability across our supply chain, from raw materials to finished products.
To support this, we have partnered with Fairly Made®, a French platform dedicated to improving transparency and traceability within the fashion industry.
Since the beginning of this year, we have been working with Fairly Made to improve transparency around the origin of our clothing, accessories and jewellery. Our goal is to work towards a collection in which each item features a unique QR code. By scanning this code, customers can learn where materials come from, under what conditions products were made, and the environmental footprint of each item.
Together with Fairly Made, we are taking important steps towards building a more transparent and traceable supply chain.
This partnership complements our collaboration with Carbonfact, a platform that helps us measure the environmental impact of both our products and our business operations. Together, these initiatives support our broader sustainability strategy by increasing visibility into our production processes, taking responsibility throughout our supply chain and reducing our overall impact over time.
